1. Introduction
 Creating a website is a personal experience.  As such, we would like to know a little bit about you.  This initial conversation will give us an insight into your personality and allow us to work with you to brainstorm some initial ideas.

 2. Objectives & Look
Every company, organization, or individual has a purpose for having a website.  When you tell us the functionality you would like, we will work with you to develop and implement your ideas. We will also discuss graphics, page layout, color scheme and user navigation. 

3. FREE Sample Webpage
We will take your ideas and use our own creativity to design a sample web page to showcase the look and feel of the site.  This preliminary design will be uploaded to the web for you to view and based on your feedback we will make any minor changes.  At this time we will provide you with a quote to complete the entire website and if you like the design a 50% down deposit will be required to continue.

4. Domain Name & Hosting
If you already have a website and domain name and are comfortable with the service up to this point then we will work with your existing company.  If you currently don’t have a website, or don’t have your own domain name we will register your domain name for you and host your site.

5. Finalized Design
At this point the rest of the site will be created based on the already approved design.  Based on the information that you provide about your company or organization we will work with you to make sure that the keywords, site title and meta tags will allow people to see your site when they search the major search engines.

6. Completed Website
Your fully designed website will be thoroughly tested and given a final approval by you before we upload it live to the web and submit it to search engines. 

7. Maintenance
Having a website is great, but as new products are developed and information needs to be modified you're going to want to update your website. This can be done a couple ways. We can maintain your site for you, or we can provide you with all of the login information and you can maintain the site yourself.  If you decide to maintain the site yourself we will be more than happy to schedule an appointment to go over some of the basics with you.
